We often work with customers who are willing to let go of a little of their garden space in order to extend the footprint of their home. Weighing up the benefits they realise that for the amount of time spent indoors, it makes sense to make it more comfortable. Extending into the garden is a great solution.
At first glance you would be hard pushed to realise that this garden sunroom extension wasn't part of the original house. Where traditionally some people might install a conservatory, our client in this case opted for a more robust brick extension that incorporated plenty of light using Velux ceiling windows. And for when the sun's not shining, the tiled underfloor heating keeps the room cosy, much to the satisfaction of at least one of the residents!
